I tried to make these guys comparable. I was surprised to see how many veteran superstars are struglling and how many “no names” are flourishing.

The crazy thing is that hardly any of these guys were even drafted.

  • Charlie Nehl Says:

It’s really too bad that Keppinger was hurt. His future has a really good outlook.

Brandon Boyd might be a person to take a decent look at as well. He’s been a little more streaky then David Murphy, but still putting up decent numbers.

  • Jonathan C. Mitchell Says:

Do you mean Brandon Boggs? I’m not a fan but if he does produce then he should be picked up. I think the league will adjust (and it looks like they have) and he will struggle with his poor contact rate. Guys with his contact rate should be power hitters.

  • Charlie Nehl Says:

Yeah, I’m getting senile in my old age ;). In My Opinion Brandon Boggs is alittle to inconsistent to be a real fantasy threat at this point.

  • Jonathan C. Mitchell Says:

Old age! Haha! That makes me old too.

  • supremesportsjustice Says:

Nice to see you giving Cantu a plug Jonathan :) You know I like him to do great things this year! Great article!
